Change Start Menu name in Windows XP

You can change typical old looking Start written on Start Menu, simply download Resource Hacker fromgikso Software Dashboard, download the package, extract to desired location and run ResHacker.exe
Point to File menu and click Open or use shortcut Ctrl O, look for explorer.exe inC\WINDOWS\explorer.exe and open it. Browse for String Table\37\1033
DONT FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR EXPLORER.EXE FILE.
Notice "start" typed on line 4, next to 578, , change it to any thing you want, in my case i am replacing "start" with "gikso".
Compile and Save as different name at same location; in my case C:\WINDOWS\gikso.exe
Now open the Registry, Start Menu » Run or Window Key + R. Go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE » SOFTWARE » Microsoft » WindowsNT » CurrentVersion » Winlogon
on the right panel look for Shell
Double click Shell or right click and click Modify to change the default value. Enter the name of the file you recently saved, in my case it is gikso.exe
Restart and notice Start Button, you will never see old "Start" on this button :)
